Emulsion explosives
Granular explosives
Granular explosives are made on the basis of granulated ammonium nitrate and liquid hydrocarbon combustible additive.
Individually, the components are not explosive, which allows to transport them safely to be manufactured on-site.
Emulsion explosives are made by mixing ammonium nitrate, mineral oil, emulsifiers and stabilizing additives.
Environmentally friendly and safe during storage and transportation, they are supplied in bulk and packaged forms.

IN-HOUSE DEVELOPMENTS
Production facilities and in-house technologies allow to produce advanced certified explosives suitable for the required climatic, mining and geological conditions, and water content, while providing safety and ease of transportation, storage and charging.
Granulit MK
Application
Granulit MK is used in surface mining operations for mechanized charging of dry and drained holes as a continuous or dispersed charge. It may be used in low watered holes if charged in waterproof polyethylene or polypropylene sleeves.
General description
Granulit MK is a certified commercial I class bulk explosive based on a mixture of granulated ammonium nitrate and a combustible additive.
Distinguishing feature: when transported on public roads, Granulit MK is delivered as non-explosive components. The components are mixed in the MEMU on-site to produce the explosive immediately before hole charging.

RPGM
Application
RPGM is intended for blasting operations on the earth’s surface in dry, partially and fully watered boreholes regardless of the inflow rate and water flow coefficient in the hole. It may be used in combination with commercial non-water resistant explosives in partially watered holes for charging the watered part of the hole.
General description
RPGM is a certified commercial class I emulsion explosive mixed in the MEMU on-site directly in the process of hole charging when conducting rock blasting operations on the earth’s surface.
Grades "100" and "100C" mean a chemically aerated emulsion with inclusions of gas bubbles visible to the unaided eye. Grades "70" and "70C" mean a chemically aerated mixture of emulsion and ammonium nitrate granules with inclusions of gas bubbles visible to the unaided eye.
RPGM is available in two types: A and B. The letter index "C" indicates that the grade is made based on the emulsion type "B" and this emulsion explosive is intended for blasting of rocks and ores containing sulfides.

RPGM PS
Application
RPGM PS is intended for blasting operations only on the earth’s surface in all mining and geological conditions and climatic regions of Russia. It is used as a borehole charge for holes of any water content, including in rocks and ores containing sulfides, and as a charge for boulder fragmentation.
General description
RPGM PS is a certified commercial class I packaged emulsion explosive, which is a non-safety explosive in a packaged form. It is suitable for charging boreholes that are not more than 60 meters deep.

The explosive is manufactured in two sizes: —cartridge diameter — 90 mm, charge mass — 3.7−4.8 kg. —cartridge diameter — 120 mm, charge mass — 7.0−8.3 kg.
RPGM PS is available in two grades: —SKh is used when the pyrite content in rocks and ores is not more than 30%, and the acidity index (pH) of the borehole water is not less than 4. —SKhS is used when the pyrite content in rocks and ores is more than 30%, and the acidity index (pH) of the borehole water is less than 4.
