In early December, a delegation of top managers of KRU-Vzryvprom attended a unique workshop held by famous business coach Maxim Batyrev. The event was devoted to the art of personnel management, particularly, how to properly win subordinates, set tasks and encourage them.
All participants of the workshop noted that the day passed in a breeze. The topics covered by Maxim Batyrev were very close to their life principles. The information received from the workshop helped answer questions that arise in the course of work.
